These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of any goods from Joe's Vintage Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company trading from 8 Lister Avenue, Hitchin, England, SG4 9ES. By using our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Every item we sell is a one-of-a-kind vintage or pre-owned piece. We describe each piece honestly, including any noted wear or imperfections. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Stock is limited to a single unit per item.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a pricing error has occurred or stock is no longer available — and will refund you in full in such cases.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping options, timings and costs are described on our Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photography, text and the Joe's Vintage Limited name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our prior written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of goods is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
