Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy. If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return

1. Email us at returns@joesvintage.co.uk with your order number.
2. We'll send you our returns address and instructions.
3. Post the item back to us, securely packaged, within 14 days.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll refund you within 5 business days.

Conditions

• · Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
• · Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• · Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• · Sale items are final and may not be returned.

Because every piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind vintage, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order if needed.
